Thank you for considering us as your self care HOME! Please read each class description carefully. Don’t have a mat? We got you! Prior to check out, you will be asked if you’d like to add on a mat rental. Be my guest! That’s what they’re there for! All our mats are high quality along with the extra padding of the main studio mat floor. As always, please feel free to bring your own vibe (I mean mat), water bottle and any other yoga props you feel inclined to include in your practice. We have your back if you forget (all props with the exception of mats are free of charge). Cold Lavender towels are provided at the end of each class. Wear comfortable clothes.
