  • ROOTED Sunrise Flow

    Start your day with a ROOTED morning flow- a sweet and complete moving meditation combining both dynamic movement and static poses. Explore variations of sun salutations and beginner to intermediate postures in a steady and happy flow with a strong focus on healthy alignment. All levels vinyasa class.

  • Slow Flow Yoga

    A flow-style yoga class that moves more slowly than a regular flow. These classes move slowly through a series of fluid postures, flowing continuously through sequences of sun salutations and standing/seated postures Emphasis on linking breath to movement, while relieving tension in the body, holding stretches and moving mindfully. A good fit for those who are new to yoga, looking to de-stress or wanting to take a flow class at a calmer pace.

  • Vin + Yin Yoga

    In all aspects of life there is balance, both light and dark, yin and yang. Vin + Yin seamlessly blends the yang elements of an active vinyasa practice with the soothing restorative benefits of Yin yoga. Move through cleansing creative flows to engage and celebrate the body before easing into passive postures to reset the mind. By switching your body from “fight-or-flight” mode to “rest-and-digest,” you promote balance in the nervous system and create a powerful sense of well-being.

  • Power Hour Yoga

    Get ready to get moving! This vinyasa style dynamic flow class will move you physically and mentally to new places and new perspectives. This class is accessible and open to anyone who wants to show up, step on their mats and are ready to be challenged!

  • Gentle & Restorative Yoga

    This gentle and restorative class will help you de-stress, unwind, let go of daily distractions, and be more at peace when you leave. There will be some stretching, light movement, and breathwork to help relieve tension or tightness in the body. This will help prepare the participant for holding a meditative state for extended periods in sitting or supine poses (laying on floor). Light ambient music will help deepen the experience. Props are incorporated to help the body release (ie, mat, blocks, blankets, strap, etc). This class is great for beginners as well as seasoned practitioners.

  • Pilates Yoga Fusion

    Pilates-yoga fusion classes combine the mind-clearing benefits of yoga and the toning power of Pilates. Benefits include: lengthening and toning your muscles, an increase in your flexibility, increasing core strength, overall strength, stability, and flexibility. Both Yoga and Pilates are a great compliment as they both require us to focus on the breath, precise movements, proper alignment, and our core muscles as we flow through the workout.

  • Yoga Sculpt and Tone

    Get ready to sweat and sculpt your body in this high-energy class that combines yoga with strength training exercises to tone muscles and enhance flexibility, leaving you feeling strong and invigorated. All levels welcome. Hand weights are used frequently in this class!

  • Buti Yoga

    A dynamic fusion of yoga, plyometrics, and tribal dance. This empowering practice is designed to sculpt and tone your body while connecting you to your inner strength and vitality. Through energetic movement and deep breathwork, Buti Yoga offers a transformative experience that leaves you feeling empowered, strong, and aligned with your true self. Get ready to move with the music!

Family Classes

  • Prenatal Yoga

    Movement is MAGIC! This class utilizes elements of Yoga and dynamic movement to help pregnant people create space in their bodies, feel invigorated and relieve common pregnancy related discomforts, helping them to feel empowered, powerful, beautiful. Class will move through bending, stretching, moving fluidly within the limitations created by a growing belly, using support when needed. Variations and modifications are offered for every exercise and movement sequence. Classes are created for the people in the room. Each class as unique as the bodies present and the babies within them. ALL LEVELS.

  • Postpartum Mama & Baby Yoga

    Every 2nd Sunday of the month , bring your baby and join us for a yoga class designed to bring you relief, to strengthen your body and to meet new moms in the trenches with you, all while bonding with your baby! For some, this will also be a safe place to practice breastfeeding in public for the first time. (infant (4 weeks) to early crawlers)

  • Younger Yogi's (12 months-5 years)

    Crawlers and Toddlers (9mos-2 years): Parent or caretaker with 9-month-olds through 2-year-olds. These classes focus on time for the caretakers while their children are welcome to explore or participate as they would like. We focus on gentle, grounding movements, and connection within for the adults, then fun songs and imaginative play as connection with the kiddos.

    Playful Poses Parent & Child (3-5) :

    Parent or caretaker with children 3-5 years old. These classes begin with songs and movements, with a predictable rhythm of exercises, then move to connecting partner poses, imaginative play, and end with time for relaxation.​

  • Boundless Tween/Teen Athlete (10-18 years)

    Boundless Roots Tween/Teen yoga classes are FUN, inspiring, empowering, confidence-building, and down-to-earth, with lots of space for adventure, community projects and cultivating lifelong friendships.

    This weekly class includes fun yoga games, confidence building workshops, breath work, community projects & volunteering, music, mindfulness crafts & fun!

    Tween yoga classes are suitable for all levels, and everyone is welcome. Through dynamic yoga sequences, mindfulness practices, and breath work, teen athletes can improve flexibility, strength, and focus, crucial for peak athletic performance. Additionally, yoga helps reduce the risk of injury, promotes faster recovery, and instills confidence and self-awareness on and off the field.

  • EmpowerPlay Kids Movement Class (5-9)

    Discover the perfect blend of fun and fitness in our EmpowerPlay Kids Movement Class for children aged 4 to 9. Tailored to individual development, our program enhances motor skills through age-appropriate activities, fostering flexibility, balance, and coordination. Emphasizing gross motor skills and spatial awareness, we incorporate playful games like relay races and tag for an interactive learning experience. Teamwork and social skills are encouraged, promoting cooperation among peers. Our classes also focus on body awareness, creative expression, and nutritional education in a safe and supervised environment. Parents can participate or observe, supporting their child's journey to improved physical health and essential life skills. Join us for a positive, educational experience that inspires a lifelong love for physical activity!
